„Baden bei Wien“, the Biedermeier jewel and former imperial summer residency in the south of Vienna is going to become the world's first Great Place to Work® village. In the five years to come the Austrian Great Place to Work® Awards as well as the European Great Place to Work® Award 2009 are going to be hosted in Baden, near Vienna, in close cooperation with the municipality of Baden. In addition to the award ceremonies, a regional infrastructure shall be established allowing the municipality of Baden and its project partners to position themselves as competent suppliers of target group relevant services within the Austrian and European Great Place to Work ® Community. The aim• Baden, near Vienna, will become the Austrian center and synonym for HR relevant topics (e.g.: „Economic Forum Davos“ > economy, „Forum Alpach“ > politics, „Waldzell“ > philosophy) • Integration of regional partners in the Great Place to Work® Village project to ensure an extensive commitment and a high degree of identification with this project • An additional, clear positioning of the municipality of Baden and the associated partners as competent suppliers of services in the fields of: congress management, seminars and workshops within the Great Place to Work® community • Creation of services and products for specific target groups by the municipality of Baden and its partners to guarantee long-term attractiveness of the Great Place to Work® Village • Efficient communication of the entire range of services and products relevant to the Great Place to Work® Village’s target group, as well as the region’s leisure activities in tourism, wellness and culture. • Implementation of a transparent regional network for the specific communication of services and the realization of the forthcoming synergy potentials • mid and long-term enhancement of the added value in the V2Bsegment (village to business) • medial impact that surpasses the Great Place to Work® community More about Baden (Government Site)
