AUSTRIAN AWARDS 2010 PRELUDE: EXECUTIVE DINER

On March 3, 2010 the traditional Great Place to Work® Executive Dinner took place in the Palais Daun Kinski; more than 35 CEOs of Austria’s best employers and Great Place to Work® partner companies attended the dinner. The evening offered the executive directors the opportunity to celebrate their success in an exclusive atmosphere and to exchange experiences in creating an excellent workplace culture.

The key-note of the evening was held by Lother Mayrhofer, PhD, consultant, author and CEO of the Basler Insurance, Austria for many years. In his motivational speech, “The human in the center of a value-based management”, he stressed the importance to constantly work on being the best employer – and that at any time. The point is to let your own vision of the dream become reality; all words shall be followed by actions. The Executive Dinner is the opening event of the yearly Great Place to Work® Award Ceremony, which will take place on March 4, 2010 in the WKO Sky Lounge and will finally reveal the secret of the best employers 2010!
